Denver Nuggets 119, Los Angeles Lakers 108

Blogged under Bloglockers,Front Page,Game Recaps,General by joelapinski on Tuesday 26 February 2013 at 2:41 pm

The Lakers shot 55.1% from the floor but they only shot 42.1% from the free throw line (8 of 19), which really hurt them in this game.  The Lakers didn’t play any D though as the Nuggets shot 55.7% from the floor and they were out-rebounded 44-36 by Denver, and that didn’t help matters last night.  Kobe Bryant led the way for the Lakers with 29 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists.  Steve Nash (16 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists), Metta World Peace (15 points, 2 rebounds and 3 steals), Dwight Howard (15 points, 14 rebounds, 1 assist and 4 blocked shots) and Antawn Jamison (14 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal) also pitched in for the Lakers.  The Lakers are now 28-30 on the year.
