The Lakers willed themselves to a very hard fought win against the Mavericks in Dallas earlier today.  Kobe Bryant led the way for the Lakers with 38 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists and 1 blocked shot.  Steve Nash also had a rock solid game with 20 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal.  Antawn Jamison (13 points and 5 rebounds in 27 minutes) and Jodie Meeks (11 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals) pitched in for the Lakers off the bench.  The Lakers have improved to 28-29 on the year.
