The Lakers shot 50% from the floor and they outrebounded the Blazers 45-30 but it wasn’t good enough last night.  That is because the Lakers didn’t play ANY D as the Blazers shot 50.6% from the floor last night.  Dwight Howard led the way for the Lakers last night with 33 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot. He also shot 15 of 19 from the free throw line last night, which was impressive.  Kobe Bryant also had a rock solid game with 30 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals last night.  Pau Gasol (16 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal) and Metta World Peace (10 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) also pitched in for the Lakers last night.  The Lakers are now 0-2 on the year.
