24-year old center Andrew Bynum really stepped up for the Lakers on the court in 2011-12.  He played in 60 games (all starts) for the Lakers last year and he averaged 35.2 minutes, 18.7 points, 11.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.9 blocked shots per game.  Bynum has now played in 392 games (300 starts) in his first seven years in the NBA (all with the Lakers) and he is averaging 26.0 minutes, 11.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.6 blocked shots per game.  Bynum is  now #5 in Lakers’ history with 628 blocked shots.  Bynum is still a little immature, but you have to live with that because of his amazing upside.
