How is Phil Jackson getting this much out of these guys? 33-25 in the western conference with this roster is phenomenal.

You are right, Phil Jackson is doing probably his best job of his career this season and that’s really saying something. The job Jackson is doing is even more unbelievable when you consider that he has never had his full roster healthy. Kwame Brown and Lamar Odom missed big chunks of time and when they came back, Luke Walton and Vladimir Radmanovic both went down. Jackson is doing a great job of getting production from his entire roster as he often plays at least 10 players every game. Also, he’s gotten Kobe to be a little more unselfish on offense to try to help him extend his career and it’s paying off big time in the team’s overall play.
