The Angels have placed 26-year old righty swinging outfielder Peter Bourjos on the 15-day disabled list due to a fractured right wrist.  He has played in 40 games for the Angels so far this year and he is 42 of 129 (.326 avg, .834 OPS) with 21 runs scored, 3 homers, 10 RBIs and 4 stolen bases.  Bourjos has now played in 339 games in his first four years with the Angels and he is 252 of 980 (.257 avg, .720 OPS) with 139 runs scored, 24 homers, 87 RBIs and 39 stolen bases.  The Angels will miss Bourjos’ speed and defense while he is out of action.
