30-year old righty starting pitcher Jerome Williams has really given the Angels a rock solid #5 starter so far this year. He has started 5 games for the Angels this year and he is 3-1 with a 3.38 ERA and a 1.16 WHIP. After a beatdown from the Yankees in his first start of the season, Williams has been rock solid. In his last four starts, Williams is 3-0 with a 2.15 ERA and a 0.99 WHIP. Williams has pitched in 15 games (11 starts) in his first two years with the Angels and he is 7-1 with a 3.55 ERA and a 1.28 WHIP. The Angels hope that Williams keeps up the good work.
