The Los Angeles Angels place two players on the DL
The Angels have placed outfielder Juan Rivera and pitcher Bartolo Colon on the DL. Juan Rivera will be out until July or August after he broke his leg playing in Winter Ball. This was a huge loss for the Angels as Rivera really broke out for them last season. Colon will likely return in late April as he’s already throwing the ball in the mid-90’s as he’s recovering from a partial tear of his rotator cuff.
